Four different examples of the dedications are shown below & you may request the dedications as appropriate for the format.
To request a dedication, just click on this email link, steve@hssctx.org, advise the number of books you wish to dedicate, the name(s) and relationship(s) (if appropriate) for each dedication and how your own names should be included. Also advise the total number of books you are dedicating at $6.00 for each book. Then, write a check to CHS Prayer Book Donations and mail the check to Allan Milder at 221 Monument Hill Tr, Georgetown, TX 78633.
The proceeds of the dedications will be used to offset the costs of the new Prayer Books and the additional pages that were printed for the High Holiday Prayer Book Rosh Hashanah Morning Section.
